She has also worked with clients being impacted by anxiety, depression, as well as childhood trauma.
Sierra is passionate about helping others. She believes a positive therapeutic relationship relies heavily upon trust; she is very understanding that it can oftentimes be difficult to share one’s story. Sierra has a person-centered counseling approach that is both patient and warm, as well as flexible and open-minded. Sierra is eager to work with you in identifying and meeting your goals. She challenges your thoughts, provides insight, and ultimately wants to support you along your personal growth journey.
